Return and Exchange

Simply get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us your ticket in your account via support@slowplayglobal.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Upon receipt of your return package, we will promptly issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.
